ORIGINAL STORY:

What would you do with a $435 million jackpot?

That's what Saturday night's (June 10) estimated Powerball jackpot will be after no one won Wednesday night's grand prize, which had climbed to $380.6 million.

Saturday's jackpot will be the eighth-largest Powerball jackpot in history, just $300,000 less than than a jackpot won in February and sold in Indiana.

Powerball tickets will be a hot seller this week.

Saturday's prize, which requires an exact match of five numbers from 1 to 69 and a Powerball number from 1 to 26, has about a $273 million cash value if its winner chooses to take all the money now rather than in 30 annual installments.

The odds of winning the jackpot: 1 in 292,201,338.00.

The odds of winning any prize in the drawing: 1 in 24.87.

Wednesday night's jackpot produced a $2 million "consolation" winner in North Carolina and three other $1 million winners in California, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

Powerball tickets should be selling quickly this week.

Since November 1997, the most frequent white balls have been 64 (22 times), 32 and 23 (21 times), and 52 and 16 (20 times). The least frequent? 35, 58 and 51.

The most frequent red Powerball number has been 9 (11 times), followed by a tie between 5, 6, 10 and 25 (nine times each). The least frequent? 14 and 26 (only three times each).

The largest Powerball jackpot in history was drawn on Jan. 13, 2016, when three winners from California, Florida and Tennessee split the $1.58 billion prize - a combined cash payout of $983.5 million. The couple from Florida - Melbourne Beach’sDavid Kaltschmidt, 55, and his wife, Maureen Smith, 70 -  took home $327 million for their share.

A Powerball ticket costs $2 each, with an optional extra dollar for the Powerplay, meaning you could multiply your cash win by 2, 3, 4 or 5 times (except the grand prize).

Five white balls (1-69) and one red ball (1-26) must be matched to win the grand prize, although there are plenty of consolation prizes.

The next drawing takes place at 10:59 p.m. ET Saturday.
